This was our second two week holiday at Montana Vista. We enjoyed it just as much as the first.
Excellent communication with Debbie prior to the holiday and she was also on hand during our time there.
The villa was very clean on arrival and is located in a lovely quiet area with easy convenient parking.
The pool is a good size and we made the most of it and the private outside space.
We would thoroughly recommend this villa and have no hesitation in returning when we are able.

This was our first visit to Villa Montana Vista, but we have stayed in villas looked after by Ian and Debbie before, so knew we were in safe hands. The villa, pool and garden were spotlessly clean and the villa is well-equipped and comfortably furnished. The location is quiet and private, with the garden not overlooked and parking on the road outside is easy. Keeping the shutters closed kept the villa cool and comfortable. Debbie and Ian are very friendly and helpful, living nearby if there are are any problems. We found our 10 day stay very relaxing and would happily stay here again.

We have just returned from a most enjoyable week at Villa Montana Vista. Other contributions have noted cleanliness, amenities and location, all of which we would concur with. We enjoyed the quieter residential setting, yet local shopping facilities were just a five minute stroll. We had two enjoyable dinners at Citurna Casual Food Restaurant, just recently relocated to Las Coloradas, and also only five minutes’ or so walk from the villa. Excellent weather meant we were able to take advantage of the private outside space which enjoys sun from early morning through to evening. Debbie and Ian were extremely helpful and attentive before and during our stay – so our thanks to them. Like others, we hope to have the chance to return!

What a lovely villa! Spotlessly cean, comfortable and so relaxing. Situated in a quiet area, we felt chilled and at home as soon as we arrived. The villa is equipped with everything you need. Pool is a perfect temperature and so refreshing after hours in the baking sun. Just a short walk away is a supermarket and some great bars and restaurants.
Debbie is a fantastic host and is on hand whenever you need for advice and help.
Villa Montana Vista is an ideal home away from home, so much so, I don't want to leave!

Debbie was a super host. Kept us up-to-date with what to expect at the villa and gave great information of the area. Villa was spotlessly clean and spacious. Fantastic outside space and lovely warm pool. Very quite and private. Would love to visit again and would highly recommend. Just perfect.

Love the location. Very quiet area. The villa is lovely and the pool is wonderful. Lovely outside space. There are some great local places to go to and live music just a few minutes walk. The marina is approximately a 20 minute walk along the promenade. Debbie is on hand and responds immediately even if a light bulb goes. Nothing is too much trouble. A great place to stay and we cant wait to go back again in 2023.

We stayed here for 12 nights in June 2022, our 3rd stay here. We love the outside area and pool which are private and well kept. The villa has everything you could possibly need during your holiday and was very clean. We hope to return again soon

So happy to have finally had our 10 day holiday at Villa Montana Vista after two postponements because of the pandemic. Originally booked for April 2020 for Chris' 70th birthday (he refused to get any older until he had his Lanzarote trip!) we arrived after a very long day ( getting up at 02:30!) and were so grateful to be able to drop off our luggage and settle in early.

Communication with Debbie, has been terrific, from organisation, payments, local information to minor queries, Debbie has never failed to respond and help. The villa was perfect for the 3 of us, we travelled with my 75 year old stepdad. It was clean, well equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable. It was a bonus to have a washing machine which meant we didn't have to pack too much either!

The view was wonderful and we loved the garden. The pool was our favourite area and after a morning of exploring the island - we have been 4 time before but still haven't seen it all, we were happy to have a lazy lunch and chill by the pool until it was time to go out to eat, usually down at Marina Rubicon, with it's fabulous restaurants.

I was pleasantly surprised by the area. Las Coloradas is a new area of Playa Blanca to us, having stayed at the other end of the resort, in Montana Roja previously. Quiet but near enough to restaurants and a supermarket to not feel isolated.
We would definitely recommend the villa and hope to come back again in the not too distant future.

I cannot believe I’ve taken so long to write a review following a 3 month stay over winter to celebrate retirement. Dave and I had it planned for 2 years and from the moment we arrived we knew we had made the right choice. The villa was everything we wanted. It was comfortable, clean with everything at hand to make it feel we were at home. The views are spectacular and the villa is in a quiet residential area with good local bars and restaurants 5 minutes away. The icing on the cake - Debbie and Ian who look after the villa, doing a weekly clean and pool maintenance. Always on hand if any problems/queries but never intrusive. Great couple who genuinely care you have a good holiday. The villa is placed just far enough away for it to be quiet but close to amenities. A lovely stroll along the coast brings you to the Marina with a further 20 mins to Playa Blanca town. A regular bus service 5 mins from the villa for those who prefer not to walk. For keen walkers you can walk the length of the promenade with many refreshment stops on the way. Alternatively, the walk into the hills by Papayago beach are amazing. I hope one day we will be back. Having this villa for a 3 month stay was amazing and contributed to a wonderful retirement vacation. We would highly recommend to anyone wishing to experience Playa Blanca.

Just spent a month here yet again. We are coming back in September. Yes it’s obvious we love it here. Location is great for Papagayo beaches, short drive into town. It’s very quiet and private here. The place is looked after immaculately by Debbie and Ian.

You can walk into the Marina about 20 minutes lots of restaurants there also as mentioned before just a few minutes walk is the Gin Restaurant with live music every Saturday. Drop into Paulo's bar he’s a real character

Can’t recommend highly enough

Here we are again at Montana Vista, the Villa is in the location we like at Las Coloradas with easy access to get to the Papagayo beaches. An easy 5 minute drive to the Marina or a 25 minute walk. The Villa is lovely and private with a super pool, outside seating in two areas. Debbie and Ian as always keep it immaculate coming in every week to clean and maintain the pool. Nothing is too much trouble. It’s a very lovely and quiet area.

Recommend walking over to the Gin and Wine Bar/Shop where every other Saturday you can hear Sly G and eat some lovely tapas. You may need a reservation

The Villa is equipped with everything you need, bearing in mind COVID mandate is being followed here and taken seriously. Can’t fault anything - booked for 2022 and 2023! Thank you as always for your hospitality Debbie .

Just spent a lovely two weeks at Villa Montana Vista. The villa was clean and well furnished, and in the location we like. The terrace was very private with some shade if we wanted it and the pool was beautiful! A fabulous holiday - we have booked again for next year.

Together with my husband we had two wonderful weeks in villa montana vista in may 2021.
The villa was perfekt clean and we found all, what we need. We loved the big privat swimming pool. The area was very calm, so we could relax perfectly. I think, we will come again.

We were lucky to stay here for over 4 weeks in October. We have stayed here every year for some time now. The improvements with the en suite and the pool were excellent. We love the location it’s very quiet and easy to drive out to the beaches at Papagayo. There are restaurants and bars in walking distance as well as the nearby marina.

There is excellent WiFi and British TV should you want to watch it or catch up with a programme. It’s nice to sit outside at night on the terrace with the pool lights on

Debbie is fastidious with the cleaning and upholding COVID rules and regulations. You won’t find a cleaner, safer villa anywhere else. Debbie and Ian are on hand if you need something doing but never intrusive. They clean the villa and pool every week

Really can’t recommend it highly enough. We’ve already booked for 2021 and 2022

We were lucky enough to spend 24 nights at Villa Montana in August

The villa was perfect one of the best we have stayed in and despite the virus restrictions we had a great time - luckily we like to cook and the facilities were very good for a villa - we even had a couple of Sunday roasts

Debbie was very helpful without being intrusive and we never really saw Ian despite the fact he cleaned the pool 3 times while we were there - we were at the beach - which is fairly easy to walk to - the only downside was the shop was closed in the nearest centre (being refitted so only temporary we hope) so it was a bit more of a trek to the shop but we got most of our heavy shopping by walking into Playa Blanca for a nice evening meal then going to spar and getting a taxi home.

We did try to book again for next year but couldnt get it to work with flights and availability but I am sure we will be booking again soon.

We booked for August this year but unfortunately our flight has been cancelled. But I'd just like to say that Deborah was absolutely fantastic throughout our booking. Extremely informative and helpful. We hope to be able to come and stay in the future.

We have stayed at Montana Vista villa on many occasions and have always had a fabulous time. The Villa is spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished, it has everything to make it a home from home. The gardens are spacious, private and very well maintained. The pool is one of the largest we have had in any villa that we have rented.

The location of the Villa is quiet with lovely views of the surrounding mountains. Papagayo beach is a short scenic walk away and the local supermarket, small selection of bars serving food and shops selling gifts and other supplies are five minutes’ walk away. There is a local bus stop that takes you into Playa Blanca centre.

Beautiful Marina Rubican is a twenty minute walk along the coastal path. There is a craft market in the marina on Wednesdays and Saturdays which is definitely worth a visit. The bars and restaurants there are plentiful to suit all tastes and budgets.

A car is not essential.

Debbie and Ian are always available to answer any questions and always check that everything is to your satisfaction on arrival, which is always the case.

We will definitely keep returning to Montana Vista and Playa Blanca.

We've just spent 10 days at montana vista. Has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Spotlessly clean, spacious, very private and not overlooked. Will be booking again for next year.

We love the Villa and location, it’s really private and quiet, very close to Papagayo beaches and town. We always rent a car but you don’t have to. The Villa is very well maintained and looked after, it’s like home from home except the weather. The pool is fabulous it was like bath water when we arrived. You have all the facilities here that you could want Deborah and Ian look after everything exceptionally well and nothing is too much trouble. We are booked again for next year.

We have just a lovely and restful 2 weeks at villa Montana Vista. Everything we required to make us feel at home was in the villa.
Lovely outdoor space and large pool. Comfortable bed In the master bedroom.
We love the quiet location of the villa but still all the restaurants and markets and activities are on your door step.
We would not hesitate to recommend Villa Montana Vista and dealing with Debbie when booking and after once in the villa is a dream.

We had an amazing time at Villa Montana Vista!. We spent a lot of time splashing about in the pool and relaxing in the garden area. There is a BBQ available if you want to stay in or there are a couple of nice bars very close by that serve food. We walked along the coastal path some nights in to the marina and on to Playa Blanca, then took a taxi back (very cheap). There are some lovely restaurants at the marina. Make sure you have a look around the market at the marina on Wednesday or Saturday morning.
The book collection is a lovely touch and there is something for everyone-travel light!. The villa was sparkling clean and has everything you need. We hope to come back again. Thank you Deborah :)

My wife and I spent two weeks at Montana Vista. a wonderful villa, clean, tidy and with everything you need for your stay, the location of the villa is superbly located and only a short walk from shops, bars and restaurants, a walk along the sea front will get you to the beach on one side and the marina on the other - we stayed for 2 weeks early July and it was very peaceful.
The area is very nice and people very friendly, highly recommend and would stay again if we travel back next year.

A lovely, clean well laid out villa in a quiet residential area. Fantastic south facing pool area, close to supermarket, 30 mins walk to Marina, 20 mins walk to Papagayo beach. Would return again.

What a fabulous property. The garden is beautiful and the pool is like a bath. There are many amenities close by, unfortunately for us many were closed for their own holidays. However, for a couple of euros you can get a taxi to the marina or Playa Blanca centre. The villa had everything we could wish for and more, my 6 paperbacks didn't see the light of day as there was a massive collection to choose from. Tv was perfect for keeping up with the sports scores and a good wifi signal.

We had a fabulous week here, the villa was very clean and the location was great, a supermarket and eating places are just a few minutes walk away. The villa is very close to the papagayo beaches so when we weren't relaxing by the pool we had a walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend, look forwarding to returning in the future.

November 18 . The villa is situated in a nice quiet location. Really enjoyed the private garden and the pool. Nice walk to the Marina Rubicon which we preferred for eating out over the more touristy Playa. The beaches of the Papagayo nature reserve are also readily accessible on foot or car. Visited El Golfo, Quemada and Teguise, all interesting places with a good selection of eateries.

We stayed at Villa Montana in September and had a lovely relaxing week. The villa was one of the best we've stayed in in Lanzarote with everything you could need. Shops, restaurants and bars are a short walk away and you can drive to the main part of Playa Blanca in a few minutes. We are already looking forward to returning to the villa next year.

Thanks very much for the stay we had in Villa Montana Vista! We had a very enjoyable fortnight and the accommodation was everything it could have been and we have no complaints. The location was perfect, and the facilities were some of the best we’ve had in Lanzarote. We had a car, but did plenty of walking as everything was very close. The walk to the Marina was lovely. We will certainly consider this villa for a return visit sometime soon. It was great to know Deborah was around if we needed anything. We also recommend the Island Quest Escape Rooms near the supermarket.

We enjoyed yet another stay here in May and are coming back in October. This is our 4th time in the villa. We love the location and we always have a car to get to the remote beaches. Deborah is fantastic and she and Ian really look after the place. It’s lovely and private and has everything you could ask for. We will keep coming back again and again .

We recently stayed in Villa Montana Vista on Las Coloradas, we found the location excellent for us, a car is not essential but it was good to have to explore the lovely island. Bars, Tapas restaurants, shops and a supermarket are just a few minutes walk from the villa, a great restaurant which we went to was Casa Carlos, again a few minutes walk away. The nearby marina rubicon is outstanding, it was great to have the papagayo beaches so close, they must be some of the best beaches i have ever visited. I cannot praise Deborah enough, right from the initial booking the whole process was faultless, I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa. One tip - book early. You will not be disappointed

Great villa, would love to stay again, very clean, quiet and very private, great pool (bigger than any villa we have stayed in before), love the walk to the marina along the promenade, Blue Note has to be our favourite restaurant on the Marina, they also serve a great G& T. The supermarket is just a few minutes walk from the villa. Would recommend.

The photographs do not begin to convey the quality of this villa, it has everything that we could wish for on our holiday. Spotless on arrival and furnished to a very high standard both internally and externally. We enjoyed a very tranquil week here due to the location of this villa, away from it all but close enough to everything you need to make a great holiday.

Enjoyed the experience so much we will definitely return.
